Occasionally it is necessary to start all over again and reset the computer to its factory settings. Usually this happens when you buy a brand new computer or very occasionally you run into a problem that is so catastrophic that you have to start again.
Whilst we build computers, we will also come in and setup other manufacture's computers for you.

If you are confused by the setup screens that appear when you switch your computer on for the first time, the setup service is designed for you. We ensure that everything is setup and running so all you have to do is switch it on and start using your new computer.
What we do
- If the old computer is not going to be useable after the migration we backup all its files.
- Migrate all your files and settings to a temporary store.
- Put these files on the new computer.
- Set the computer up at your house and ensure that all your hardware is working.
- Check that your files are where you can find them.
- Ensure that your system is protected against malicious software.
We make sure that everything is setup and running so all you have to do is switch on and start using your new computer.
